Privacy Policy

What this site collects#

Platform Atlas is operated by the legal entity named in the site footer, referred to here as "we". It is a static information site that compares iGaming platform providers; see the methodology. It has no accounts, forms, comments or newsletters, and it sets no first-party cookies.

We do not ask you for personal data to read any page. The only personal data we handle directly is what you choose to send us by email. Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers the site, processes some technical data, as described below.

Cloudflare hosting, server logs and analytics#

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you load a page, Cloudflare may process your IP address and request data, such as the address requested, the time and your browser's user agent, in server logs and for security and delivery of the site. Cloudflare does this under its own terms and privacy policy, which you can find on its website. It operates a global network, so this processing may take place outside your country. We do not run servers of our own.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to the site. It is cookieless and does not track you across other websites. We see aggregate visit counts and cannot identify individual visitors from them.

Email you send us and how long we keep data#

If you email us, for example to request a correction, we receive your email address, any name you give and the content of your message. We use it only to reply and to apply corrections, as described in the corrections process. We do not use it for marketing, and we keep no mailing list.

We keep an email only for as long as we need it to reply and to apply and document a correction, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner. We keep no server logs of our own. Cloudflare keeps request logs and analytics data under its own policies.

Links to other sites#

Pages link to vendor and regulator websites. When you follow a link, your browser connects to that site directly, and the site may see that you came from Platform Atlas. Those sites have their own privacy policies and may use cookies and collect data. We do not control them, and this policy does not apply to them.

Your rights#

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask whether we hold personal data about you, to receive a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to complain to your data protection authority.

To use any of these rights, email the editorial team at the contact address in the site footer with the subject "Privacy request" and a description of what you ask. We may ask you to confirm that you control the email address you write from. We will respond within the time the law that applies to you requires.

We hold personal data only in the emails we receive. We cannot look up your visit in Cloudflare's request logs or link it to you, so for data Cloudflare holds, contact Cloudflare directly.

Changes to this policy#

If we change how the site handles data, for example by adding a feature that collects personal data, we will update this page and its date. Last updated 2026-10-08. Questions about this policy go to the same contact address; see also the About page.

This page is a general statement for a static information site and should be reviewed by a lawyer for the operator's jurisdiction before launch.
