EveryMatrix Review: Casino, Sportsbook and Payments Platform for Multi-Market Operators

EveryMatrix is a full-stack casino, sportsbook and payments supplier aimed at large, multi-market operators and state lotteries. It is the only vendor in this comparison whose licences we could confirm on a regulator register: the UK Gambling Commission lists three active licences. It publishes no prices, SLA or launch time, and its crypto offer is thin. This EveryMatrix review is a desk review of public material as of 2026-10-08.

Editorial summary, not a score

A full-stack supplier for larger, multi-market operators, with the only licence record we could confirm on a regulator register. Pricing, SLA, launch time and crypto remain open questions.

What EveryMatrix offers#

EveryMatrix sells casino, sportsbook, payments and engagement software that operators can buy as a full turnkey stack or module by module, according to its website. The product list covers a player account platform (PAM, branded GamMatrix), the OddsMatrix sportsbook, the CasinoEngine casino layer, SlotMatrix content aggregation, MoneyMatrix payments, EngageSuite bonus and loyalty tools, PartnerMatrix affiliate management, and lottery and omnichannel (online plus retail) products. A managed services team can run marketing and product management for clients.

EveryMatrix says it was founded in 2008 in London. The UK Gambling Commission register gives a head office in Sliema, Malta, while the website privacy policy names EveryMatrix S.R.L. in Bucharest as data controller. Which entity signs your contract is a diligence question. We did not find "white label" as a product on EveryMatrix's pages, which describe turnkey and modular delivery, so a buyer who wants a supplier to carry licence cover should ask directly.

Licensing and ownership#

The UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) register is the one licence record for EveryMatrix we could open. As of 2026-10-08 it lists EveryMatrix Software Limited (account 39383) with three active Remote licences: Gambling Software (since 11 Jun 2015), Game Host - Casino (since 8 Mar 2021) and Betting Host - Real Events (since 21 Jun 2022), with no regulatory actions listed. That register entry is the basis for the regulator-confirmed status shown for EveryMatrix.

Every other jurisdiction is vendor-listed. EveryMatrix's licences page names Malta, Romania, Greece, Sweden, Denmark, Gibraltar, the Isle of Man, Peru, South Africa, Ontario and several US states, and the MGA B2B number MGA/B2B/201/2011 appears on its About page. We could not open the MGA register, so these stay unconfirmed. Trade press did report a South Africa manufacturer licence in February 2026. The homepage also shows the Curacao Gaming Authority among its logos, but the licences table does not list Curacao.

Shareholders are not published in the sources we reviewed. This is general information, not legal advice. Confirm requirements with a gambling lawyer and the regulator.

Content, payments and crypto#

EveryMatrix states 36,000-37,000+ games from 350+ studios, and the figure depends on date and product. A guide on its site (modified May 2026) says over 36,000 games from more than 350 studios, and a September 2025 press release for a bet365 content deal says 37,000+ games from 350+ suppliers. The homepage says only "tens of thousands of titles". None of these counts is independently verified. EveryMatrix also runs in-house studios, including Armadillo Studios and Fantasma Games, which it acquired in October 2024.

Payments run through MoneyMatrix, which EveryMatrix describes as a payment orchestrator. Its payments page shows about 54 method logos, among them Zimpler, Trustly, Klarna, iDEAL, Boleto and UPI, but the headline counters did not render when we reviewed it, so we have no method, provider or country counts.

Crypto is the thin spot. EveryMatrix makes no crypto claim on the official product pages we reviewed. The payments page shows three crypto-related logos (CoinCorner, CryptoPay and DAOWallet) without text, and Track360 reports the same absence. We found no coin list, native wallet or custody model. EveryMatrix lists PCI DSS, ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 among its standards, but we saw no certificates.

Sportsbook and other modules#

OddsMatrix is the sportsbook, and EveryMatrix states support for online and retail betting plus a proprietary horse racing product. Its sports page describes odds control, an AI-powered Bet Builder, Cash Out, a bonus engine and front ends from templates to bespoke builds, and calls the product a fully managed solution. Counters for sports and markets did not render, so we have no counts. Track360 says trading autonomy is not publicly documented, so ask who sets margins and limits.

Around the sportsbook sit the other modules, as EveryMatrix describes them:

  • CasinoEngine manages casino content and integration, with a casino API, wallet integration, game feeds and a back office.
  • SlotMatrix aggregates third-party content, and in-house studios add their own games.
  • EngageSuite bundles BonusEngine, LoyaltyEngine, JackpotEngine, PrizeEngine, tournaments and challenges, plus Bonus Guardian for bonus-abuse prevention.
  • PartnerMatrix covers affiliate management and intelligence.
  • Lottery and omnichannel products target state lotteries and retail networks.

EveryMatrix calls the platform unified and API-first. We found no public API documentation, SLA or cloud-hosting claim. For a sports-led alternative, see the GR8 Tech profile.

Pricing, launch time and switching cost#

EveryMatrix publishes no prices for any module and no launch time on its product pages. Track360, which sells competing affiliate software and so has a commercial interest, says pricing is quote-only, with the revenue-share model, setup fees and minimums undisclosed. Ask for a written fee schedule and use our selection guide to compare quotes on the same base.

The nearest public launch data points are not a promise. SBC News quoted an 888Africa vice president saying its migration from FSB Technology to EveryMatrix's turnkey platform took place "within 10 weeks". That is a single third-party report. EveryMatrix says Danske Licens Spil, selected in late 2025, went live on 25 Sep 2026, and it describes that as one of its most complex migrations. Scope, licences and payment onboarding will drive your own timeline.

Switching cost is the main concern Track360 raises. It writes that the cost "compounds with each module adopted", calls GamMatrix "the lock-in module" and says exit terms and data portability are undisclosed. Treat that as a question for EveryMatrix, not a finding, because we have not seen its contract terms. Track360 also describes EveryMatrix as a weaker fit for small operators.

Track record and independent evidence#

EveryMatrix's financial figures are company-reported. Trade press reported FY2024 net revenue of EUR 181m (up 59%) and EBITDA of EUR 101m (up 70%). We did not find FY2025 results. Track360 notes that third-party revenue estimates range from under USD 20m to over USD 125m, so estimate sites disagree with each other and with the company figure.

The homepage claims "400+ clients" across "50+ markets" and shows logos including Norsk Tipping, OPAP, Veikkaus, Danske Spil, Merkur, bet365, Betsson and Tipico. These are vendor-stated, and we did not verify any contract. Earlier reports counted 300+ clients and 1,400+ staff in May 2025, and we found no 2026 headcount on official pages. In February 2026 its co-CEO told SBC News the company wants "five or 10 large operators rather than one or two", which fits the enterprise positioning.

Independent evidence is thin. G2 shows 3.8/5 from two reviews, both from incentivised invites, and we found no other review-site evidence. EveryMatrix's recognition page lists supplier awards for 2024-2026 without saying which were won or which bodies awarded them. See the methodology for how we treat these sources.

EveryMatrix compared with SoftSwiss#

EveryMatrix and SoftSwiss both sell casino, sportsbook and content aggregation, and they differ on evidence and focus. EveryMatrix states 36,000-37,000+ games from 350+ studios, and SoftSwiss states 40,000+ games from 300+ providers. EveryMatrix has licences we could confirm on the UK register, while SoftSwiss shows an MGA number we could not confirm and says operators must hold their own licences. SoftSwiss states a crypto casino product and 20+ cryptocurrencies, and EveryMatrix makes no crypto claim.

Neither publishes prices. SoftSwiss states about three weeks for its aggregator and 14 days to a month for its sportsbook, while EveryMatrix states no launch time. Track360 raises switching-cost concerns about both, so ask each vendor for exit terms in writing. See the full SoftSwiss vs EveryMatrix comparison and the SoftSwiss profile.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • The UK Gambling Commission register lists three active licences for EveryMatrix Software Limited, the only vendor licence record in this comparison that we could open.
  • Covers casino, sportsbook, payments, engagement, affiliate and lottery products, delivered turnkey or module by module, per EveryMatrix's website.
  • States 36,000-37,000+ games from 350+ studios and runs in-house studios, including Armadillo Studios and Fantasma Games, per EveryMatrix.
  • OddsMatrix states online and retail betting plus a proprietary horse racing product, per EveryMatrix's sports page.
  • Names large operators and state lotteries on its homepage and reports FY2024 net revenue of EUR 181m and EBITDA of EUR 101m (company-reported).

Limits

  • Pricing is not published for any module, and EveryMatrix publishes no launch time or SLA on its product pages.
  • No crypto proposition is claimed on official product pages; only three crypto payment logos appear, with no coin list or custody model.
  • Switching cost is said to grow with each module adopted and exit terms are undisclosed, per Track360, a competitor with a commercial interest.
  • The UKGC suspended its operating licence on 5 Sep 2019; the notice has no later update, though the current register shows active licences.
  • Positioned at tier-one and multi-market operators, so small or first-time operators may find the fit weaker, per Track360.

Who it fits

Choose EveryMatrix if

  • You are a multi-market or multi-vertical operator, or a state lottery, and want casino, sportsbook, payments and engagement from one supplier.
  • You want a supplier whose licence entries you can check yourself on the UK Gambling Commission register before you contract.
  • You run retail or omnichannel betting, or horse racing, alongside online and want the sportsbook module to cover them.
  • You can run an enterprise procurement and negotiate pricing, SLA and exit terms in writing.

What to verify before you sign

Send these as written questions and keep the answers with the contract.

  1. Ask which legal entity signs your contract and which holds each licence: EveryMatrix Software Limited (UKGC), EveryMatrix S.R.L. (website data controller) or another group company.
  2. Ask EveryMatrix to explain the 2019 UKGC suspension of its operating licence, how and when it ended, and whether any conditions remain.
  3. Search MGA/B2B/201/2011 and every other listed licence on the regulator's own register, and ask what the Curacao logos on the homepage refer to.
  4. Get a written fee schedule: setup, revenue-share base (GGR or NGR), monthly minimums, studio pass-through, payment fees, change requests and exit fees.
  5. Request a module-by-module quote so you can see what leaving one module costs and which modules, such as the GamMatrix PAM, depend on each other.
  6. Get exit terms in writing: data export formats, player-data ownership, notice period and migration assistance, because none are public.
  7. Get a signed SLA with uptime, support response times and service credits, since none is published.
  8. Ask for a launch plan with milestones for your scope, and two references of similar size you can call with their consent.
  9. Request the game provider list for your markets, and which studios are direct contracts versus aggregated, against the 36,000-37,000+ claim.
  10. If crypto matters, ask in writing for supported coins, networks, custody arrangements and AML tooling.

Frequently asked questions

Does EveryMatrix hold a UK Gambling Commission licence?

Yes. The UK Gambling Commission public register, opened on 2026-10-08, lists EveryMatrix Software Limited (account 39383) with three active Remote licences: Gambling Software, Game Host - Casino and Betting Host - Real Events. No regulatory actions are listed. It is the only licence record for EveryMatrix we could open, so licences in other jurisdictions remain vendor-stated and unconfirmed.

Was EveryMatrix's UK licence ever suspended?

The UK Gambling Commission suspended EveryMatrix's operating licence on 5 Sep 2019 after a review that examined its customer interaction framework. Software supply was not suspended. The Commission's notice has no later update, and the current register shows active licences and no listed actions. We found no document saying when the suspension ended, so ask EveryMatrix to explain the outcome.

How much does EveryMatrix cost?

EveryMatrix does not publish prices for any module. According to Track360, a competitor in affiliate software, pricing is quote-only and the revenue-share model, setup fees and minimums are undisclosed. Ask for a written fee schedule that states the revenue-share base (GGR or NGR), minimums, setup and pass-through costs and exit fees, and compare quotes on the same base.

How long does an EveryMatrix launch take?

EveryMatrix states no launch time on its product pages. The nearest public data point is an 888Africa executive saying its migration to EveryMatrix's turnkey platform took place within 10 weeks, as reported by SBC News in March 2026. Danske Licens Spil, selected in late 2025, went live on 25 Sep 2026. Scope, licences and payment onboarding drive the timeline.

Does EveryMatrix support crypto?

EveryMatrix makes no crypto claim on the official product pages we reviewed. Its payments page shows three crypto-related logos (CoinCorner, CryptoPay and DAOWallet) without text, and we found no coin list, native wallet or custody model. Crypto-first operators should ask for supported coins, networks and custody arrangements in writing, or compare crypto-led suppliers.

Is EveryMatrix a fit for small operators?

EveryMatrix positions itself at tier-one operators, state lotteries and large multi-market brands, and its co-CEO has said the company wants fewer, larger clients. Track360 describes it as a weaker fit for small operators. A smaller operator should test whether EveryMatrix will quote for its scale, and compare it with SoftSwiss, which states no operator-size target.
