SoftSwiss vs EveryMatrix: Platform Comparison for Operators

SOFTSWISSBenchmark
vs
EveryMatrix

SoftSwiss vs EveryMatrix is mainly a question of fit: SoftSwiss suits crypto-native operators that want a very large aggregated catalogue, while EveryMatrix suits multi-vertical operators bound to regulated markets and has licences confirmed on the UK register. Neither publishes prices, and leaving either is a project. We compare public material as of 2026-10-08 and flag Track360, a competitor-owned source, wherever we use it.

SoftSwiss vs EveryMatrix: the short answer#

SoftSwiss fits crypto-native, content-hungry operators that want a very large aggregated catalogue. EveryMatrix fits multi-vertical operators bound to regulated markets that want licences they can check. SoftSwiss states 40,000+ games from 300+ providers through one API and describes a crypto casino product. EveryMatrix sells a full-stack casino, sportsbook, payments and lottery platform, and it is the only one of the two with licences we could confirm on a regulator register.

Neither publishes prices, and leaving either is a project. Track360's comparison draws the same line between the two, but Track360 sells affiliate software that competes with both vendors' affiliate products, so read its verdicts as an interested view. The sections below separate what each vendor says from what a regulator or third party confirms. Neither vendor is this site's editor's pick.

Licensing and compliance#

EveryMatrix is the only one of the two with licences confirmed on a regulator register we opened. The UK Gambling Commission register lists EveryMatrix Software Limited (account 39383) with three active remote licences: Gambling Software since 11 June 2015, Game Host (Casino) since 8 March 2021 and Betting Host (Real Events) since 21 June 2022, with no regulatory actions listed.

The history is part of the record. On 5 September 2019 the Commission suspended EveryMatrix's operating licence for remote real-event betting and casino after a review of its customer interaction framework, while software supply was not suspended. The notice has no later update, and the current register shows active licences with later start dates. We did not find a document stating when or how the suspension ended.

EveryMatrix also lists an MGA B2B licence, Romania, Greece, Sweden, Denmark, Gibraltar, the Isle of Man, Peru, South Africa, Ontario and several US states. We could not open the MGA register or verify the others. Curacao appears on its homepage but not in its licences table.

SoftSwiss states that operators must obtain licences directly from regulators, lists compliance or certification in 25+ jurisdictions and shows MGA B2B licence MGA/B2B/942/2022, which we could not confirm. We found no white label offer on EveryMatrix's pages, so plan for your own operator licence with either vendor. See the white label vs turnkey guide. This is general information, not legal advice. Confirm requirements with a gambling lawyer and the regulator.

Content and platform scope#

SoftSwiss is built around a very large aggregated catalogue, and EveryMatrix around a wider multi-vertical platform. SoftSwiss states 40,000+ games from 300+ providers through one API, plus a casino platform and a sportsbook, and its About page dates the aggregator to 2015.

EveryMatrix's homepage describes an API-first platform across sports and casino, delivered as turnkey or modular, and its product list adds payments, engagement tools, affiliate management, lottery and retail. On content, a September 2025 press release quotes 37,000+ games from 350+ suppliers, while a May 2026 guide on its own site says 36,000+ games from 350+ studios. Neither count has been independently verified. EveryMatrix also owns game studios, which Track360 says can create content-promotion incentives in lobby ranking.

Both vendors keep technical detail private. Track360 reports that SoftSwiss's API references and sandbox access sit under NDA, and that EveryMatrix's API documentation and SLA terms are under NDA or unavailable. SoftSwiss's own pages quote two uptime figures, 99.99% and 99.999%, and no SLA document is public.

Crypto and payments#

SoftSwiss documents a crypto proposition, while EveryMatrix's official pages do not claim one. SoftSwiss says it has offered a crypto casino product since 2013, claims 20+ cryptocurrencies, names 11 on its crypto page and integrates the CoinsPaid wallet. Track360 says crypto processing fees, custody and withdrawal controls are not documented.

EveryMatrix makes no crypto claim on the product pages we read. Its payments page shows three crypto-related logos among about 54 payment-method logos, without text, and presents MoneyMatrix as a payment orchestrator. That is a statement about published material, not about what EveryMatrix can deliver on request. A crypto-first brand should ask EveryMatrix for supported coins, networks and custody in writing.

Ask both the same payments questions: which processors are contracted directly, what fees apply, how fast settlement is and which networks are supported, for example USDT on TRON. SoftSwiss's own pages quote 300+ and 100+ payment methods, and EveryMatrix's payment counters did not render when we read them, so neither count is usable.

Sportsbook#

Both sell a sportsbook, and EveryMatrix's extends to retail and horse racing. SoftSwiss states 200+ sports and esports, 2,000+ markets, odds feeds from Feedconstruct, Betradar and Oddin, and delivery as turnkey or as an API or iFrame module. EveryMatrix's OddsMatrix offers odds control, a Bet Builder, cash-out, a proprietary horse racing product and retail integration as a fully managed solution; its sports and market counts did not render on the page.

On age, EveryMatrix dates OddsMatrix to 2008, while SoftSwiss's About page dates its sportsbook launch to 2020. Age is not quality, but it is one reason to ask each vendor for operator references on the exact product you plan to use.

Track360 says trading and margin autonomy is not publicly documented for EveryMatrix, and that SoftSwiss's iFrame mode has historically been weakest on attribution. Treat both as questions for the vendor: who sets margins, who trades live markets, and who holds the odds-feed contracts.

Pricing and commercial terms#

Neither vendor publishes prices, so no public page lets you compare cost. Track360 says no vendor in this group publishes a rate card. SoftSwiss states that its sportsbook terms are tailored to each operator and available only by proposal request. For EveryMatrix, Track360 reports that pricing is not published for any module and that revenue share, fixed fees and setup fees are undisclosed. Third-party price estimates for SoftSwiss conflict with each other, so we do not use them.

The commercial structure may matter as much as the headline rate. Track360 says EveryMatrix's switching cost compounds with each module adopted, so a quote for one module may not predict the cost of a full stack. Ask each vendor for module-by-module pricing and the cost of removing a module later.

Normalise quotes before you compare: the same base (GGR or NGR), monthly minimum, setup, studio pass-through, change requests and exit fees. The selection guide has a checklist and the questions to send to each vendor.

Launch time and switching cost#

Neither vendor publishes a launch time for its full platform, and both carry switching costs that grow with scope. SoftSwiss states about 3 weeks from contract for its aggregator and about 14 days, up to a month, for its sportsbook, with no timeline for the casino platform. EveryMatrix states no launch time on its casino, sports or platform pages. The datapoints we found vary widely: a trade report quotes 888Africa's VP saying its migration to EveryMatrix took "within 10 weeks", while EveryMatrix says Danske Licens Spil, selected in late 2025, went live on 25 September 2026 in one of its most complex migrations. Track360 describes EveryMatrix onboarding as heavy for small or first-time operators.

Switching cost applies on both sides. Track360 calls leaving the SoftSwiss casino platform a full replatform and says its bundled affiliate platform may mean migrating attribution history too. For EveryMatrix it calls the GamMatrix player account module the lock-in module and says exit terms are undisclosed. Both views come from a vendor with a commercial interest, so confirm them with each supplier.

A Track360 migration playbook estimates 4-9 months from decision to cutover for one brand and notice periods commonly of 90-180 days; both figures are anecdotal. Ask both vendors for data export formats, wallet and bonus state, KYC reuse and affiliate attribution before you give notice.

Track record and independent evidence#

Both vendors say they started in 2008, and EveryMatrix publishes more financial detail. SoftSwiss states it started in September 2008, lists 1,500+ brands and gives 2,200+ staff on its homepage against 2,000+ on its About page. We found no ownership or financial information for it. G2 shows 4.8/5 from 13 reviews across three profiles, a small sample.

EveryMatrix says it was founded in London in 2008. Company-reported FY2024 results, published in January 2025, give net revenue of EUR 181m and EBITDA of EUR 101m; we did not find FY2025 results. Its homepage cites 400+ clients and names Norsk Tipping, OPAP, Veikkaus, Danske Spil, Merkur, bet365, Betsson and Tipico among them. Review-site evidence is minimal: G2 shows only two reviews for EveryMatrix, both from incentivised invitations.

SoftSwiss shows Stake, bet7k and Tonybet on its aggregator page. Track360's reviews of both vendors centre on exit terms, pricing and SLA opacity. EveryMatrix's 2019 UK suspension, covered above, is the only regulator action against either vendor that we found.

How we compared them#

This is a desk review of public material as of 2026-10-08. We did not test either platform. Every claim carries a status (vendor-stated, third-party, regulator-confirmed, unverified or not published), defined in the methodology. Where a vendor's own pages disagree, we say so instead of picking a figure.

Track360 is cited several times. It sells affiliate software, discloses a commercial interest, and competes with both vendors' affiliate products, so we use it only for attributed claims. Neither SoftSwiss nor EveryMatrix is this site's editor's pick; for the editor's pick, see SoftSwiss vs PWP. Full fact tables are on the SoftSwiss profile and the EveryMatrix profile.

Pick this if

Pick SOFTSWISS if

  • You are crypto-native or multi-currency and want a vendor with a documented crypto product: named coins, a wallet integration and a crypto casino offer since 2013, per SoftSwiss.
  • You are content-hungry and want a very large aggregated catalogue through one API (SoftSwiss states 40,000+ games from 300+ providers).
  • You want to add an aggregator or sportsbook module and value the launch times SoftSwiss states: about 3 weeks for the aggregator, 14 days to a month for the sportsbook.
  • You will hold your own operator licence and can check the MGA licence number and certifications SoftSwiss lists.

Pick EveryMatrix if

  • You run casino and sportsbook together, or want to add lottery, retail or omnichannel, and prefer one multi-vertical supplier.
  • You are bound to regulated markets and want a supplier whose UK licences you can confirm on the register (three active as of 2026-10-08).
  • You are a mid-size or large operator, state lottery or multi-market group, and can accept enterprise onboarding with no published prices, SLAs or launch times.
  • You can accept that crypto is not a documented EveryMatrix proposition and will confirm any crypto needs in writing.

Frequently asked questions

Which is better, SoftSwiss or EveryMatrix?

Neither is better in general. SoftSwiss fits crypto-native, content-hungry operators that want a very large catalogue (40,000+ games stated). EveryMatrix fits multi-vertical operators in regulated markets, with three active UK licences on the regulator's register as of 2026-10-08. Both are quote-only and hard to leave, so decide on your markets, licence and modules first, then ask each for a written quote on the same terms.

Is SoftSwiss or EveryMatrix better for a small or first-time operator?

Neither publishes minimums, so ask both. EveryMatrix positions itself for tier-one operators, state lotteries and large multi-market brands, and Track360, a competitor-owned source, calls its onboarding heavy for small or first-time operators. SoftSwiss states no operator-size target. Compare first-year budgets, minimum commitments and the modules you actually need before choosing.

How much do SoftSwiss and EveryMatrix cost?

Neither publishes prices. SoftSwiss says its sportsbook terms are available only by proposal request, and Track360 reports that EveryMatrix pricing is not published for any module. Third-party price estimates for SoftSwiss conflict, so we do not use them. Ask each vendor for a quote on the same base (GGR or NGR) with minimums, setup, studio pass-through and exit fees.

Does EveryMatrix support crypto like SoftSwiss does?

EveryMatrix makes no crypto claim on the official product pages we read; its payments page shows three crypto-related logos without text. SoftSwiss claims 20+ cryptocurrencies, names 11 on its crypto page and describes a crypto casino product since 2013. That compares published material, not capability. Ask EveryMatrix in writing for supported coins, networks and custody.

Which of the two has licences I can verify?

EveryMatrix is the only one with licences we confirmed on a regulator register: the UK Gambling Commission lists three active licences for EveryMatrix Software Limited. The Commission also suspended its operating licence in September 2019 after a review, and the current register shows active licences and no listed actions. SoftSwiss's MGA licence number is vendor-stated and we could not confirm it.

What does it cost to switch between SoftSwiss and EveryMatrix?

No public figure exists. Track360, which has a commercial interest, calls leaving the SoftSwiss casino platform a full replatform and says EveryMatrix switching cost compounds with each module adopted. Its playbook estimates 4-9 months from decision to cutover for one brand, which is anecdotal. Ask each vendor for export formats, notice periods and exit assistance before you sign.
