SoftSwiss Review: Casino Platform, Game Aggregator and Sportsbook Benchmark
SoftSwiss is the benchmark in this comparison. It states 40,000+ games from 300+ providers, a crypto casino product since 2013 and compliance listings for 25+ jurisdictions. This SoftSwiss review is a desk review of public material as of 2026-10-08. The MGA licence number it shows could not be confirmed in the register, pricing is quote-only, and operators must hold their own licences.

What SoftSwiss offers#
SoftSwiss sells a casino platform (turnkey, with a crypto casino option that has the same feature set), a game aggregator, a sportsbook, a jackpot aggregator, a Prediction Markets Platform launched in 2026 and the Affilka affiliate platform, according to its homepage. The vendor states that it started in September 2008 as an IT outsourcer and that the SOFTSWISS brand appeared in July 2009. Its privacy policy names Stable Aggregator Limited, Valletta, Malta, as the entity.
The vendor describes a turnkey casino run under the operator's own licence, an aggregator delivered by API only, and a sportsbook sold as a turnkey or integrated into an existing casino. Track360 adds that the aggregator, jackpot and sportsbook modules can attach to third-party platforms.
Scale figures vary within the vendor's own pages. Headcount is "2,000+" on the About page and "2,200+" on the homepage. Brands served are "1,500+" on the homepage, while one affiliate review site puts active brands at 600 to 860+.
Licensing and compliance#
No SoftSwiss licence is confirmed in a register we could open. As of 2026-10-08, SoftSwiss shows MGA B2B Critical Gaming Supply licence MGA/B2B/942/2022 in its footer, but the MGA verification portal returned an error page, so the number stays unverified. One review site says it could not find the number in the public register.
The licensing page lists compliance or certification in 25+ jurisdictions (19 national and 6 international), with products per jurisdiction. It gives no licence numbers other than the MGA one, and its FAQ says operators must obtain licences directly from regulators. Do not read the list as licence cover. Product coverage varies by jurisdiction.
Two statuses are unresolved. The vendor's Curacao page does not say whether SoftSwiss holds a master licence or a sub-licence, or name a holder or number. Trade press reported in December 2019 that SoftSwiss bought Kingswin Online, which held an Estonian remote gaming licence, but the Estonian Tax and Customs Board list of legal gambling operators (updated 1 Oct 2026) does not show SoftSwiss, Stable Aggregator Limited or Kingswin Online OÜ. That is a gap to ask about, not a finding that no licence exists.
Curacao supplier registration becomes fully enforceable on 24 Dec 2026, and the reported scope does not name casino platform vendors, so ask SoftSwiss and the authority how it applies. This is general information, not legal advice. Confirm requirements with a gambling lawyer and the regulator.
Content, payments and crypto#
SoftSwiss's game aggregator states 40,000+ games from 300+ providers through one API. The figure is not independently verified, so ask for the provider list for your markets. Payments are less clear: the FAQ and casino platform page say "300+ payment methods", while the partners section and sportsbook page say "100+". We found no named payment provider list, and one review site says there is no total count or partner list.
Crypto is where SoftSwiss states the longest record: it says it has sold a commercial crypto casino product since 2013, and Track360 repeats the claim. The homepage and casino platform page say "20+ cryptocurrencies", but the crypto page names 11 coins (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Tether, Bitcoin Cash, Ripple, Binance Coin, Cardano, TRON and NEO) and says "over a dozen" with more on demand. It lists wallet management through a CoinsPaid integration. Crypto processing fees, custody and withdrawal controls are not documented, according to Track360. We found no MiCA status.
Sportsbook and other products#
The sportsbook states 200+ sports and esports and 2,000+ markets, with odds feeds from Feedconstruct, Betradar and Oddin. SoftSwiss lists in-built trading tools, exposure monitoring, configurable limits and 24/7 trading operations. It says the sportsbook can run as a turnkey product or be integrated into an existing casino by API or iFrame, and it states about 14 days from contract to launch, up to a month for complex integrations. Track360 says margin and trading autonomy must be negotiated.
The Prediction Markets Platform, for fixed-odds event betting as a standalone widget or inside the sportsbook, is new in 2026, and the About page dates the launch to February 2026. Affilka, the affiliate platform, is bundled by design, according to Track360, so a casino platform migration may also mean migrating attribution history.
Pricing, uptime and exit terms#
SoftSwiss publishes no prices. Its sportsbook page says terms are tailored to each operator and available by proposal request, and the aggregator page points to a proposal. Third-party price estimates conflict with each other and are not sourced, so we do not reproduce them. Track360 says the setup fee, revenue share and monthly-fee structure are undisclosed. Use the selection guide to compare quotes on the same base.
The uptime claim differs by page. The homepage says 99.99% product uptime, and the aggregator page says "99.999% uptime SLA". No SLA document is public, and Track360 calls 99.999% a commitment with SLA terms not public. Ask which figure is contractual, how it is measured and what service credits apply.
Launch times are given for modules only (aggregator about three weeks, sportsbook about 14 days to a month). The casino platform page gives no timeline, and unsourced third-party estimates range from four weeks to six months.
On exit, Track360 describes leaving the casino platform as "a full replatform" and says exit and data-portability terms are undisclosed. Track360 sells affiliate software adjacent to Affilka, so it has a commercial interest, and we have not seen SoftSwiss's contract terms. Put exit terms on your first question list.
Track record and independent evidence#
SoftSwiss has a long public history, starting in 2008 by its own account, but most of its numbers are vendor-stated. Its aggregator page shows Stake, bet7k and Tonybet as client logos, which we did not verify. AGBrief reported Game Aggregator of the Year at the SBC Awards Europe 2026. SoftSwiss's own award totals differ by page: "90+ industry awards" on the homepage and "73 over the past five years" in a July 2025 company news item.
Review-site evidence is limited. G2 shows 4.8/5 from 13 reviews across three profiles (11 for the SOFTSWISS profile, 2 for Casino Platform and none for Affilka), and Trustpilot shows 4.4/5 from 19 reviews. Both samples are small. Older Trustpilot reviews mention escalation and communication problems, slow bug fixes and limits on niche custom features.
SoftSwiss lists GLI-19, GLI-33, PCI DSS and ISO 27001, and one review site says no ISO 27001 certificate is published for the platform. We saw no certificates. Track360 says API references and sandbox access are supplied under NDA.
Where SoftSwiss fits, and where buyers look elsewhere#
SoftSwiss fits operators that want a very large aggregated catalogue through one API, crypto or multi-currency brands, and markets where its licensing page lists compliance, such as Peru, South Africa, Nigeria and Mexico. Buyers look elsewhere when they need published pricing, an SLA or exit terms before talks, expect a supplier to provide a licence umbrella, or want to swap components freely after adopting the casino platform. Track360 says access to the UK, Sweden or Ontario runs through the operator's own licence.
Two head-to-head pages cover the main alternatives. SoftSwiss vs EveryMatrix is for multi-market, multi-vertical operators, and SoftSwiss vs PWP is for bundled white label buyers. PWP is this site's editor's pick. The EveryMatrix profile covers the vendor whose licences we confirmed on a regulator register, and the home page table lists all six alternatives.
Strengths and limits
Strengths
- States 40,000+ games from 300+ providers through a single aggregator API, per SoftSwiss's website.
- States a commercial crypto casino product since 2013 and 20+ cryptocurrencies, with 11 coins named on its crypto page and a CoinsPaid wallet integration.
- Lists compliance or certification in 25+ jurisdictions with the products covered in each, and states plainly that operators must obtain their own licences.
- Sells casino platform, aggregator, sportsbook, jackpot aggregator and affiliate software, and the aggregator, jackpot and sportsbook modules can reportedly attach to third-party platforms, per Track360.
- Reported by AGBrief as Game Aggregator of the Year at the SBC Awards Europe 2026, and states launch times of about 3 weeks (aggregator) and 14 days (sportsbook).
Limits
- Its MGA B2B licence number, shown in the footer, could not be confirmed in the register, and its Curacao and Estonian licence status is not stated by the vendor.
- Pricing, SLA and exit terms are not published, and the vendor's uptime claim differs between pages (99.99% and 99.999%).
- Per Track360, a competitor in affiliate software, leaving the casino platform is a full replatform and exit and data-portability terms are undisclosed.
- Scale figures differ: 1,500+ brands on the homepage against 600-860+ at one review site, and 2,200+ staff against 2,000+ on its About page.
- Review-site samples are small, with 13 reviews on G2 and 19 on Trustpilot, and some Trustpilot reviews cite escalation problems and slow bug fixes.
Who it fits
Choose SOFTSWISS if
- You want a very large aggregated catalogue through a single API and can negotiate commercial terms through a proposal process.
- You are building a crypto or multi-currency brand and want a vendor that states a crypto casino product since 2013.
- You hold, or will obtain, your own licence and want a turnkey platform or modules that attach to an existing stack.
- Your target markets are among those where SoftSwiss lists compliance, such as Peru, South Africa, Nigeria or Mexico, and you will confirm each in writing.
Look elsewhere if
- You need published pricing, an SLA document or exit and data-portability terms before you start talks.
- You expect the supplier to provide a licence umbrella; SoftSwiss states that operators must obtain their own licences.
- You want to swap components freely after adopting the casino platform; a competitor review describes exit as a full replatform.
- You plan a first launch in the UK, Sweden or Ontario, where access runs through your own licence.
What to verify before you sign
Send these as written questions and keep the answers with the contract.
- Search MGA/B2B/942/2022 and Stable Aggregator Limited on the MGA register yourself, and ask SoftSwiss for the licence certificate and the products it covers.
- Ask SoftSwiss to state in writing which licences your brand needs, who holds each one and whether any licence umbrella applies; its site says operators must obtain their own.
- Ask for the current status of its Curacao and Estonian arrangements, and how it is handling Curacao supplier registration before 24 Dec 2026.
- Get a written fee schedule: setup, revenue-share base (GGR or NGR), monthly fee, minimums, studio pass-through, payment fees and exit fees.
- Ask which uptime figure is contractual (99.99% or 99.999%), how it is measured, and what service credits and support response times apply, in a signed SLA.
- Get exit terms in writing: data export formats, player-data ownership, notice period, and what leaving the casino platform or Affilka would involve.
- Request the game provider list for your target countries and which studios are direct contracts, and ask how SoftSwiss counts brands and providers.
- For crypto, ask for supported coins and networks, custody, the CoinsPaid arrangement, fees, and AML and on-chain screening tools.
- Ask for operator references you can call, with consent, in your target market and licence type.
Frequently asked questions
Is SoftSwiss a reliable B2B provider?
SoftSwiss has a long public record: it states that it started in 2008 and serves 1,500+ brands, and trade press covers it. But we could not confirm its MGA licence number in a register, its scale figures are vendor-stated, and G2 and Trustpilot samples are small. Verify the licence, SLA and exit terms in writing, and call references.
Does SoftSwiss hold a gambling licence?
SoftSwiss shows MGA B2B licence MGA/B2B/942/2022 in its footer. The MGA portal returned an error page when we tried to check it, so we label it unverified. SoftSwiss also lists compliance in 25+ jurisdictions but states that operators must obtain licences directly from regulators, so do not expect a licence umbrella without written confirmation.
How much does SoftSwiss cost?
SoftSwiss does not publish prices. Its sportsbook and aggregator pages direct you to a proposal, and Track360 says the setup fee, revenue share and monthly-fee structure are undisclosed {{track360_ss}}. Third-party price estimates conflict and are unsourced. Ask for a written fee schedule on a stated base (GGR or NGR), with minimums, pass-through costs and exit fees.
Can I switch away from SoftSwiss?
Yes, but plan for a project. Track360, a competitor in affiliate software, describes leaving the casino platform as a full replatform and says exit and data-portability terms are undisclosed. The aggregator and sportsbook modules can reportedly attach to other platforms, and Affilka attribution history may need migrating too. Ask about export formats, player-data ownership and notice periods before you sign.
Does SoftSwiss support crypto casinos?
SoftSwiss states a crypto casino product since 2013 and "20+ cryptocurrencies" on its homepage, although its crypto page names 11 coins. It lists a CoinsPaid wallet integration and in-game currency conversion. Fees, custody and withdrawal controls are not documented, according to Track360. Ask for coins, networks, custody and AML tooling in writing.
What are the main alternatives to SoftSwiss?
This site compares six: PWP (the editor's pick), EveryMatrix, GR8 Tech, Slotegrator, Gamingtec and 01.tech. EveryMatrix and PWP are the ones whose licences are confirmed. They differ on sportsbook focus, crypto, licensing model and public evidence, and none publishes a rate card. See the home page table for the sourced differences.
